I got these to take on a trip with me to Canada. While I'm staying in hotels with refrigerators, I wanted an alternative to cheese snacks that give me all kinds of stomach problems, & these cheese bars fit the bill perfectly!NOTES: 1) they claim that unopened bars do NOT need refrigeration, but they get soft if left out. 2) make sure that you consume an entire bar after opening - otherwise you WILL need to refrigerate the remainder!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, as long as you're aware of a few limitations!!!
